Your Friends & Neighbors: Jon Hamm Returns with the Second Season of the Dramedy

The series created by Jonathan Tropper with Jon Hamm and newcomer James Marsden debuts in its second season with ten weekly episodes until June 5, 2026

Apple TV+ has released the trailer for the second season of "Your Friends & Neighbors", the dramedy - which has already been renewed for a third season. The series, created by Jonathan Tropper with Emmy winner Jon Hamm as protagonist and executive producer, will make its return on April 3 with the first of ten total episodes. Each week, until June 5, a new chapter will be added to the story of Andrew Cooper, the unlikely neighborhood thief portrayed by Hamm.

If in the first season we saw Cooper move between the contradictions of an apparently ordinary life and his criminal secrets, in the second season the stakes are raised. Andrew doubles down on his thieving activity, but the arrival of a new neighbor threatens to reveal everything and put his family at risk. The tension builds precisely on this precarious balance: how long can one live a double life before the two halves collide?

James Marsden Joins the Cast

Emmy nominee James Marsden joins the cast for this second season, bringing with him an energy that promises to further destabilize the already complex dynamics of the series. Alongside Hamm and Marsden, Amanda Peet, Olivia Munn, Hoon Lee, Mark Tallman, Lena Hall, Aimee Carrero, Eunice Bae, Isabel Gravitt and Donovan Colan return.

Produced by Apple Studios, "Your Friends & Neighbors" stems from the idea of Jonathan Tropper, bestselling author who serves as showrunner, director and executive producer for Tropper Ink, as part of his overall deal with Apple TV+. In addition to acting, Hamm is executive producer alongside Connie Tavel, Craig Gillespie, Jamie Rosengard, Lori Keith Douglas and Stephanie Laing, who directs six episodes of this season.

Hamm after "Mad Men" has demonstrated his ability to navigate between different registers. Marsden comes off "Jury Duty" and the series "The Sticky". Amanda Peet, recently seen in "Fatal Attraction", and Olivia Munn, who acted in "The Rook", complete an ensemble that knows how to move between drama and comedy with naturalness.
