I write seven days a week and my favorite place to be is inside in my own library. My friends tell me that I’ve been living in quarantine for years. So, aside from missing out on dinner parties, museums, and concerts, life for me hasn’t been all that different. When I see the terrible impact on others around me, I can’t help feeling a little guilty.
