I’ve cooked for a good amount of celebrities throughout my career as a chef. Everyone from Barbra Streisand , Cher, Arnold Schwarzenegger, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Beastie Boys, Hank Azaria, Will Smith, just to name a few. Cooking for Anthony Kiedis was a really good time. Some mornings he and I would drop everything I was doing to go out and surf. I have so many stories but unfortunately I’m under NDA contracts that keep me from telling them.
