'Sigourney Weaver is very friendly': interview with actor Morgan Symes
Sigourney Weaver is actress in A Monster Calls.
The film also tells of how to avoid death. What do you think about that?
This is a really interesting aspect of the film. To me it is about coming to terms with something that is too terifying to face, in this case, Connor's knowledge that his mother is dying. It is also about letting go, which is perhaps the hardest thing for all of us to do. Most of are extremely fearful of change and all though this film depicts dramatic change, you could apply it to all our fears of adjusting and adapting to new circumstances.
