Very cool. I think, you know, we shot the movie on the bus. Um, we shot the movie here around this time of year. London I really find as being the most festive city that I've ever visited. Um, you know, usually major cities will have certain areas designated for the festive uh decorations and things, and uh it's really sprinkled throughout the entire city. So, we we feels like we were here yesterday. So nice to reunite with my cast. It's so excited for audiences just to see this movie.

Fantastic. We knew we had a a really great idea. Um, people really love the first movie, and we felt like we had something that could raise the stakes and not just the action or the locations, but really the the family dynamic. So introducing new family members and the complexity that that that brings, I think was the thing that really changed the uh the game and made why people love the movie even more than the first.

Well, now I think especially with the introduction of my younger brother, which I didn't know existed, um, really makes Dan uh lose his his his his laser focus, um, and his uh his stealthiness because now I'm vulnerable. But thankfully my family is going to rise to the occasion and everybody's going to kind of step up and utilize their skill set to help us succeed.

Amazing. I've I'm the youngest of nine. I've always wanted a little brother. Uh, somebody that I could uh give a hard time to and it's fantastic in the movie. And you'll see why uh Dan really cares about him so much, and the chemistry is just great.

Ah, you know, I the most challenging, obviously fighting on a on a double-decker bus all throughout London, because the bus driver is down below driving, he doesn't know what we're doing. We we've choreographed this fight like we're on solid ground, but, you know, we're breaking, stopping, turning in multiple directions and uh, you know, you get thrown around quite a bit.

Much more calm, much more civilized. We're uh, we're excited. We always make sure that we're going somewhere nice for a special holiday. It's the only time the kids are stuck with us morning, noon and night. We have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and uh it's a great time for us to connect.

It really is. Working with Apple has been been a blessing. I think uh, you know, we have two films now. We've got a couple of others in the works with them, and uh, you know, it's it's been a great partnership.

Dan is a family man through and through. Uh, he grew up in a very kind of disciplined, militant type of regimen, uh, being trained, uh, to basically be this covert assassin by his dad, and never really having any love, any kind of, uh, and certainly no fun in his life. And so when he finally breaks away from that life after meeting Jessica, Michelle Monaghan's character, he really wants to go and experience what he missed out through his own childhood and and provide that for his children. So he's all about family and I can completely relate to that obviously being a dad of four kids. Um, but you know, they, they, uh, it's nice how the family comes together and everybody kind of assumes a role slash position in this, uh, in this struggle to to save the day and save our family.

In the beginning of the sequel, we've kind of started over. Um, we've got a new house, uh, but, you know, kids are getting big. And so, you know, we're now it's coming to the holidays and I want to get the whole entire family together. So I concoct this plan where I find a job that will allow me to be able to go to England, um, and basically fund a free family vacation at the same time. And then, uh, things obviously go awry from there, but, you know, basically going to England so we could surprise our daughter and all be together as a family on the most important holiday.

It's been a lot of fun, yeah, yeah, we kind of picked up where we left off. We've got some new cast members, and, um, you know, a different family dynamic has been introduced, um, but what I love about that, with now realizing that Dan has a little brother, um, you know, it kind of throws him off his game because if his family is ever in jeopardy, or his future and his family's future is in jeopardy, um, then he is just going to do what he has to do, you know, he's very, very disciplined in that way, but because it's his brother, he wants to convince him that he too has missed out on the opportunity to experience love and joy and only in a way that you can have, uh, with a family.

You've seen all the action, right? You've seen people do things that you never thought were possible on film. But character always wins the day. So to root for a family that you really care about and that you have a vested interest in, um, that was always the thing for us. So, you know, having characters that people could really relate to and also humor, that everybody in the family could relate to. You know, it's hard to make a a movie that works for the entire family. And I think now with our audience now grown up a little bit more, and they know these characters, we've got to push the envelope a little bit more. Um, but, you know, you have stuff in there that, you know, is appealing to the kids, but also the parents. It's one thing for parents to say, 'Oh yeah, I've seen such and such a kid's movie,' and, you know, it was fun, parts of it were fun, but to see something where parents are really engaged as well. Um, you know, it's a fine line that that we've been able to kind of walk, which is nice.

Oh, we all know Jessica Morgan, and we all know Michelle Monaghan. She's my favorite co-star. She's a joy and a delight to work with. She is an immense talent. Um, all the kind of maternal instincts you would want in a mom, even, uh, with the other younger actors on the on set, there's, uh, still haven't found a flaw in this person yet. And, uh, I've been working with her now this is our third movie together, second Family Plan. But, um, I just love everything about her. I really admire her and, you know, she's got a wonderful family and, um, she's a true professional and and a wonderful talent. So, but she's also great comedic timing, the stuff that she's done in the action in the first movie and also what she's doing in this, it's, uh, it's phenomenal, it's not easy.

This Thanksgiving, watch out. You're going to have more fun, more laughs. Kids, boys especially, do not start to beat the crap out of each other in front of your parents like me and Kit are doing to each other. But everybody can really there is something for everybody to relate to. And, you know, like I said, we're going to step up the humor, the stakes are going to be that much higher. People are going to want to see me go after this guy. And also, they're going to want me to maybe cut him some slack and give him a break, or at least understand when I extend the olive branch, not once, but twice, but three times, and he takes advantage of that in a negative way. But, um, you know, siblings will understand and it's very relatable to everybody because it's all about family.
