The second season of Deli Boys, the comedy series produced by 20th Television and distributed by Hulu, will debut on May 28 on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ for bundle subscribers in the United States, while it will be available internationally on Disney+. The series continues to tell the story of the Dar family and their criminal empire in Philadelphia.

Andrew Rannells and Kumail Nanjiani join the cast as recurring guests. Rannells plays Andrew Chadwater, a district attorney with political ambitions to become mayor, while Nanjiani plays Danyal, a defense attorney hired by Max Sugar (Fred Armisen). New guest stars include Lilly Singh as Aisha, wife of Maalik Ali, and Robin Thede as Dr. Iverson, a couples therapist with questionable methods. Tan France returns as Zubair, a British-Pakistani criminal figure.

The season focuses on the difficulties of the Dar family, overwhelmed by dirty money and under pressure from Philadelphia’s most dangerous criminals. Max Sugar, casino king and money launderer, enters the scene further complicating internal dynamics. Raj plots revenge against Ahmad, Mir tries to expand DarCo without causing disasters, while Andrew Chadwater aims for a big bust to obtain the mayor’s office.

The series was created by Abdullah Saeed and developed by Jenni Konner and Nora Silver for Jenni Konner Productions. Michelle Nader is the showrunner and executive producer alongside Saeed, Konner, and Silver. Deli Boys is part of Hulu’s comedy catalog, which includes titles like Only Murders in the Building, Abbott Elementary, and the new series Not Suitable for Work by Mindy Kaling.
