Freddie Mercury and Queen new album and tour - images. In December 2025, the 40th anniversary of Mr Bad Guy, the debut solo album by legendary Queen singer Freddie Mercury, will be celebrated with a new vinyl reissue. Originally released in late April 1985, Mr Bad Guy was Mercury's first album after 15 years with Queen; the record achieved astonishing artistic and commercial heights. It was a collection of songs that combined his unique songwriting with a catchy, danceable pop sound. “I had a lot of ideas in my head and there were so many musical territories I couldn't explore as a member of Queen,” Mercury said of the album at the time.
From December 2022 to March 2023, Queen At The Opera, a rock-symphonic show based entirely on Queen's music, returns to Italy's most important theaters.
In October 2020, Queen and Adam Lambert will release their first live album worldwide: ‘Live Around the World’. The twenty tracks include Queen fan favorites such as “Don't Stop Me Now” and “I Want To Break Free,” as well as versions of “Love Kills” and “I Was Born To Love You” written by Freddie Mercury. The video formats include extra performances such as a “Drum Battle” by Roger Taylor with his son Rufus and Brian May's guitar solo in “Last Horizon.”
