The perfect wine: interview with the sommelier

There are so many fantastic wines out there in the world that it is impossible to choose just one that is the best. I have been lucky enough to live in several wine regions and travel to almost all of the major regions around the world, so I draw on those personal experiences when selecting wine for my own cellar and what to drink. I love wines from Italy, Santa Barbara in California, Champagne and of course rosé from Provence! The most important thing to remember is that the “best wine” is the one that you like, always choose what you enjoy and be open to new bottles from new places.
