Michael Bay is a visionary and therefore when he arrives on set he knows exactly what he wants, and he just wouldn't have it any other way. I suppose his approach can be misunderstood at times, but when someone is directing scenes with live explosions and fire everywhere the pressure is very high. I felt he was very respectful towards his actors and always personally addressed any concerns or questions we had.
