Is it true that you sang for your father when he was in the hospital?
Yes. At 3 years old, my father who introduced me to singing and music was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer and over the last 6 years, I developed my singing voice by learning new songs to sing to him to help him throughout his cancer battle. I would sing at his hospital bedside from his many surgeries, at home for many months of recoveries and during his years of Chemo treatments. I was always at his side singing a song for him. He says I gave him so much strength every day. I love my father so much. Through all that he has gone through, he has still managed to always be there for me and guide my music and acting career.
