What is the day-to-day like for a chef?
Working as a chef/restaurateur is a challenging position of constantly evolving and leading a team to create an experience you want for your guests. I’m always challenging both myself and my team to be better and separate ourselves from other concepts and while fine tuning our systems to be more efficient.
