What do you think is the most complicated dish to make?

I have always said “there are no rules in cooking. With that said, any dish you create can be as easy or difficult you want. Some of my most difficult dishes to make are the most time consuming. Growing up in a Italian family, everything was always made from scratch and made with love. If I had to pick one dish it would be any of my fresh pasta dishes with braised meats and homemade sauces.
