Brad Holloway. This will sound morbid, but for a retirement community like Naples, estate sales are your best bet if you're looking to get a great deal. Many times you'll be dealing with the children of the deceased who don't live in Florida, aren't familiar with the market, and want to get rid of the property as quickly as possible. So they'll accept lowball offers.
