Filming Italy Los Angeles take place from February 19 to 22 in Los Angeles. Opening night honors the 20th anniversary of the landmark feature Pursuit of Happyness with director Gabriele Muccino. Also billboarded Opening Night is Oscar nominated narrative Short, Dovecote, from director Marco Perego which stars his (real life) wife, Zoe Saldana. Other awardees confirmed to attend the red carpet start include last year’s Oscar winner for The Holdovers Da’Vine Joy Randolph, selected to receive the Women in Power award, actor/director Carlo Diehz (Oscar nominated Conclave) will receive the Best Actor Award, Billy Zane will be recognized for his performance in Waltzing with Brando, veteran producer Tarak Ben Ammar for his stellar body of work and Abigail Cohen (Rising Star award). L'Oréal Paris and Save the Children and honoree this year, Elena Kampouris, (star of HERE NOW) and Diana Del Bufalo, the Godmother of the Festival are also attending Opening Night. Other guests will include actress Valeria Golino (The Morning Show) and singer Arisa.
