Göwher Pirkulyyeva-Gouvernet, a designer from Turkmenistan, studied fashion in Paris and costume design in St. Petersburg. She teaches pattern making and textile printing techniques at Formamod Paris, is responsible for "tailor-made" training, and collaborates with French and international fashion houses.
