'During high school a lot of us go through some kind of bullying': interview with actor Kristopher Maz
Rock Paper Scissors is the new movie of Kristopher Maz
The film touches upon bullying and a group of young high school friends. Are you able to share any moments of your time in high school that relates to the film?
I think during high school a lot of us go through some kind of bullying. I was bullied to an extent during my start at high school, but I went to class with mostly the same people from elementary school through graduation. So, I had the advantage of knowing a lot of the crowd I was continuing on with. I really feel during high school is when everyone gravitates towards a circle of friends where you feel most accepted and mesh with. It’s really about creating your own sort of “tribe” and going on the ride.
