'Give voice to the missing and unidentified women': interview with photographers Jason Greer and Vanessa Cicarelli

Photography and film are similar enough that the transition feels natural to us. Both are about capturing interesting imagery to tell a story. Film, however, gives us more control in the way we want to convey emotions. We can add music and words to influence how a viewer feels. We can speed things up or slow them down. With photography we just present an image and hope that they are feeling it the way we hoped they would.
