Michael Bay is one of the masters of entertainment cinema and blockbusters so unsurprisingly he's a perfectionnist and he's very demanding on set. His way of working is very unique, as he creates in "chaos" As an actor you better be well trained and professionnal to keep up with the rythm and his energy. But if he's intense and can be impatient by times it was great and exciting working with someone as good as him at his job. He's fascinating to watch working on a set.
