Disclosure Day

The box office of the most watched movies in the United States from June 12 to 24, 2026 - with still provisional data - sees in first place the new release Disclosure Day ($44,000,000): when a vast government conspiracy comes to light, a whistleblower races against time to trigger an extraordinary event that will forever change the history of humanity, the day of the definitive revelation of the existence of extraterrestrials.

Obsession

In second place rises Obsession ($188,382,965): after breaking the mysterious "One Wish Willow" to win over the girl he loves, a boy gets what he wished for, but soon discovers that some wishes have a price to pay. The girl has not simply fallen in love with her companion, but becomes dangerously obsessed with him, so much so that she falls into a sort of trance.

Scary Movie

In third place loses two positions Scary Movie ($84,590,642): two friends find themselves once again involved in events featuring killers, monsters and supernatural creatures.

Backrooms

In fourth place descends Backrooms ($160,034,250): a therapist's patient disappears into a dimension beyond reality, and she ventures into the unknown to save him.

Masters of the Universe

In fifth place loses three positions Masters of the Universe ($46,730,097): a young man discovers he is the prince of an alien planet and possesses a secret heritage. He must therefore retrieve a magic sword and return to his homeland to protect his kingdom.

Another new release is in eighth place, with The Furious ($2,750,000): a father fights strenuously against ruthless kidnappers to save his abducted daughter.

In ninth place is Stop! That! Train! ($2,021,284): two flight attendants, best friends, move from a boring train to the luxurious Glamazonian Express. During a violent storm, they must collaborate with the haughty first-class staff and with President Gagwell to avert a disaster in Los Angeles.
