Tv series Good Omens 3: The Return of Aziraphale and Crowley Between Second Coming and Broken Friendship

The third season of Good Omens picks up where the second left the protagonists. The angel Aziraphale and the demon Crowley return to face what promises to be their most personal adventure. Their millennial friendship has fractured when Aziraphale, played by Michael Sheen, accepted the offer to return to Heaven, leaving Crowley, David Tennant, on Earth.

Aziraphale now holds the role of Supreme Archangel and must oversee the Second Coming. This responsibility weighs on him, and the situation worsens when his plans cause concern among the other angels. Meanwhile, Crowley wanders the streets of Soho.

The two protagonists from navigating among London gangsters to fighting against infernal threats, face personal betrayals and the complexity of their own emotions in this timeless expedition.

The Cast of Good Omens 3: From Michael Sheen to Derek Jacobi

Alongside Michael Sheen and David Tennant, the cast includes Doon Mackichan, Gloria Obianyo, Liz Carr, Paul Chahidi, Quelin Sepulveda, Sir Derek Jacobi and Bilal Hasna.

Michael Sheen, after Good Omens, participated in Fortitude, a spy movie set in World War II directed by Simon West, where he acts alongside Nicolas Cage and Ben Kingsley. Sheen is also the protagonist of The 12 Days of Christmas, a family comedy directed by Ben Gregor in which he plays Henry, a widower who receives mysterious Christmas gifts together with his children, alongside Eva Longoria. David Tennant has continued his path between Doctor Who and Rivals; Liz Carr has acted in Silent Witness.

The series streams on Amazon Prime Video on May 13.
