What are the phases of realization?
Our
generation (menopause women) were taught to fear fat and it shows
today, we invest a lot of time, energy and money to lose weight and
avoid gaining weight. “Fat” has a negative connotation;
therefore, people believe that avoiding all fats will help you avoid
weight gain – the truth is fats are extremely important to one's
health but you must pay attention to the quality and source of those
fats.
