What food would you not recommend eating?

Foods that you should avoid are trans fats (non-negotiable), refined and added sugars, vegetable oils rich in Omega-6 fatty acids, artificial additives and processed foods. You should increase eating leafy greens (Brussel sprouts, kale, spinach, broccoli, cauliflower), veggies, fresh fruits, avocado, olive oil, nuts, fatty fish (salmon, mackerel, tuna), flax seed and chia seeds.
