'Chris Pratt is kind and funny to everyone that he encountes': interview with actress Carrie Lazar
Carrie Lazar worked in The Magnificent Seven and in tv series Chambers
He also worked in "Bad Moms", "The Big Short". What kind of movies do you prefer?
I prefer any part where I can be creative. Whether challenging or funny, I try to make each role unique. Both Bad Moms and The Big Short had very funny directors and my characters were made to make people laugh. Personally, I love the type of laughter that makes your eyes water and takes your breath away. In Bad Moms (directors Jon Lucas and Scott Moore), my character says a line that is suppose to awkwardly silence the room. When shooting, the Assistant Director had to keep asking people to stop laughing after I delivered my line - it was a true compliment! Conversely, in The Big Short, the director (Adam McKay) kept cracking me up. He was so witty. I really enjoyed both equally in different ways, and I loved being able to laugh!
