TV series Unconditional: the mother-daughter thriller between Moscow and desperation
Liraz Chamami and Talia Lynne Ronn stars of Adam Bizanski's series
"Unconditional" is the thriller TV series coming out in streaming. It marks the debut of Talia Lynne Ronn alongside Liraz Chamami. The production, signed by Keshet International, arrives after the Israeli debut on Keshet 12 scheduled for the end of April.
The plot: an arrest in Moscow
Gali, a twenty-three-year-old played by Ronn, is arrested in Moscow on drug trafficking charges during what was supposed to be a vacation with her mother. Orna, the character played by Chamami, rejects the accusations against her daughter and begins a battle to free her. The search for truth leads her into a system of crime and corruption that transforms her determination into a deadly trap.
The creative team behind the series
Adam Bizanski, already author of "Magpie", co-created "Unconditional" together with Dana Idisis, known for "On The Spectrum". The direction is entrusted to Johnathan Gurfinkle, who directed "The Accursed". Spiro Films handled the production for Keshet 12, with Eitan Mansuri and Jonathan Doweck as executive producers, alongside Bizanski, Idisis, Avi Nir of Keshet Media Group, Karen Shahar of Keshet International and Karni Ziv, Yuval Horowitz and Eze Sackson of Keshet 12.
The international cast
Alongside the protagonists, the series features the participation of French-Israeli singer-songwriter Amir Haddad, known for "La Belle et Le Boulanger". The cast is completed by Yossi Marshek, present in "Yellow Peppers" and "Manpower", Evgenia Dodina from "Invisible" and "Virgins", and Vladimir Friedman, who acted in "Bad Boy".
The distribution of episodes
Apple TV+ will release the first two episodes of the series on May 8. The following six episodes, for a total of eight, will be released weekly every Friday until June 19. Keshet International manages the international distribution of the series.
Liraz Chamami has played roles in "Bad Boy" and "Manayek", while Jonathan Doweck has produced "No Men's Land" and "Quando gli eroi volano". Johnathan Gurfinkle, in addition to "The Accursed", has signed other productions of the Israeli television landscape.
