Argylle, the plot of the movie
Argylle is the new thriller and action movie in production. The plot centers on a spy who suffers from amnesia: he is led to believe that he is a successful spy story writer. After his memories and lethal abilities return, he embarks on a path of revenge against the shadowy organization he used to work for, the Division. It is uncertain whether there are details that appear in the novel from which it is based: there is a luxury train on its way to Moscow, a Nazi treasure buried in the remote mountains of southwestern Poland, comparable to the eighth wonder of the world.
Argylle, the cast of the movie
The cast includes Henry Cavill, who worked most recently in Zack Snyder's Justice League - as Superman - and in the TV series The Witcher. Other actors include Due Lipa, a singer making her acting debut; John Cena, who has the role of Jakob in Fast X. Also in attendance will be Bryan Cranston, star of the Breaking Bad series, who admitted in a recent interview with GQ that he wants to take a break from work: "It's a stop. I'm not going to think about acting. I won't be taking phone calls," he confessed. It is being directed by Matthew Vaughn, who recently directed Tetris and The King's Man - Origins. The screenplay is by Jason Fuchs (Wonder Woman), based on Elly Conway's novel of the same name published in 2022.
Argylle, filming and movie release.
The production is by Apple Original Films and Marv Studios. Filming began lo in London in August 2021, marrying in various European cities. Apple purchased the rights to the movie for $200 million, with the goal of making a franchise. In the first leaked image, Henry Cavill and Dua Lipa are embraced in a dance. The Hollywood Reporter questioned the identity of debut author Elly Conway, as the only evidence of her existence includes an Instagram account with no posts and a two-line bio: attempts to contact her have not been successful either. Argylle will stream on the platform in 2023 or 2024.
