Discover the ranking of the most-watched movies in the USA, from Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 to Zootopia 2: plot and cast
Five Nights at Freddy’s 2
The box office of the most-watched movies in the United States from December 5-7, 2025—with still provisional data—sees newcomer Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 in first place ($63,000,000): one year after the nightmare unleashed at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza, Abby flees to reunite with her animatronic friends, discovering dark secrets about the true origins of Freddy’s and leading to a new horror hidden for decades.
Zootopia 2
Dropping to second place is Zootopia 2 ($220,474,037): brave rabbit police officer Judy Hopps and her friend, fox Nick Wilde, collaborate to solve a new case, the most dangerous and intricate of their career.
Wicked: For Good
Losing one position to third place is Wicked: For Good ($296,951,660): Elphaba is the future Wicked Witch of the West, Glinda is the Good Witch of the North. Elphaba is demonized and lives in exile, hidden in the forests of Oz, while continuing her struggle for the freedom of the silenced Animals of Oz: she seeks to unveil the truth she knows about the Wizard, while Glinda has become the glamorous symbol of goodness throughout Oz, living in the palace of Emerald City.
Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution
Entering at fourth place is Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution ($10,155,000): a veil suddenly falls on the busy area of Shibuya, amid crowds gathered for Halloween, trapping many civilians. As a result, ten colonies throughout Japan transform into cursed nests.
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t
Dropping two positions to fifth place is Now You See Me: Now You Don’t ($55,324,383): a diamond heist reunites the now-retired illusionist group of the Horsemen, joined by new members. Their mission now is also to capture dangerous criminals.
Another newcomer is in sixth place, with the re-release of Kill Bill, titled Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair ($5,236,587): the Bride must kill her former boss and lover Bill, who betrayed her during her wedding rehearsal, shot her in the head, and took away her unborn daughter. But first, she must make the other four members of the Deadly Viper Assassination Squad suffer.
In ninth place is Dhurandhar ($1,980,000): a saga inspired by incredible real events set in the world of Indian crime and patriotism.
In eleventh place is Merrily We Roll Along ($1,236,565): the turbulent relationship between a composer and his two lifelong friends, a writer and a lyricist/playwright, unfolds over three decades.
Following are Fackham Hall ($620,909), and 100 Nights of Hero ($250,000). In twenty-seventh place is La Grazia ($13,850) by Paolo Sorrentino.
