'Armie Hammer is a hard worker and likes to rehearse as much as I do': interview with actor Jason Stuart
Jason Stuart worked in The Birth of a Nation
On the set, as is the working relationship with the other actors, Nate Parker (also director), Armie Hammer?
It was like being in an acting group. Armie is a hard worker and likes to rehearse as much as I do, so he made it very easy for me to do my best work. Nate is so positive and lifts you up in a way I have never experienced with any other director or actor. He had so much purpose that it was infectious. He empowered me to trust my choices and that I told me I was apart of the family of THE BIRTH OF A NATION. Nate was so inclusive, and that does not always happen in Hollywood. I did not grow up with that kind of support. So for me, it was just another reason to step up to the plate and do my best.
