Is it true that you have lost several kilos in the last few years?

I have lost 100 pounds over the last few years. It took around 4 years, because I was doing it with good old diet and exercise. I had researched weight loss surgery, but discovered there’s a 25% complication rate with those, so went with the calories in/calories out equation instead. I walked my dog around the subdivision where I live every day for an hour, or the park nearby that has a lake. Then, I would also bike for an hour on a recumbent exercise bike I have in my house. In addition, I greatly reduced the amount of food I was eating by counting calories. I realized that I was consuming way more calories than I needed. When I started limiting the calories I was eating, and increased my energy output; I lost weight. I plateaued for quite a while, though. That’s when I started cutting out all sugar and flour, and the weight has started dropping off again. I feel better now than I have in many years, so my goal is to just stay the course.
